The Decemberists are going at quite a rate with their album releases, which is always good. The Crane Wife is out on Capitol on October 3nd in the US, with the tracklisting as follows:

Badly Drawn Boy has another chance to escape from a career of every album being "the best since Bewilderbeast", for better or worse, when he releases Born In The UK (do you see?) on October 16th. The first single, of the same name, is a bit much close to a stripped down "You Were Right" but likable all the same, and is out now on limited vinyl in fish and chip wrappers, apparently.
Beck's new album is out October 2nd, and is called The Information. It will have a blank sleeve and stickers to make your own! Didn't Ikara Colt do that once? Tracklisting has now emerged as well. Mmmm, 15 tracks:

I'm sure I'll be interested either way, although I could probably actually tell you by name most other people who are by now. Oh well. Single is "My Neighbour's House"

As to the actual, you know, post: Yes, Ikara Colt certainly did, and it's a far better album than anything Beck's done since at least Mutations; I kind of wish they hadn't sunk like a stone. I hear they had a second record - any idea if it's good?
"Your Tongue Like The Sun In My Mouth" is much funnier than "The Darkest Childe," although the latter really should lose that last e. If you drop it, it just sounds like a tribute to Timbaland's "dark child" shoutouts on records like Aaliyah's "Are You That Somebody?"
I've never heard the Bluetones, but your description of Luxembourg intrigues me.
