Coldplay - Fix You

Just hearing this for about the fourth time on radio 1, this is much more like it! It's going to be a massive hit, a great song and something at least a little new for them. It's hard to believe that they really thought that it was going to put anyone off them though. However the ultra-conservative choice of Speed Of Sound for the first single seems to suggest that they expected to be given no room for manouver in their sound at all by fans. Maybe this will begin to recover the respect that they lost there (at least from the rather limited quarters that respected Coldplay).
