Oh man, I've ordered this album and can't wait for it to arrive.
Disappointed with David Ford though. He seems to be squeezing all the fun out of his music - and looking at the way Easyworld went, I'd say by choice. I used to LOVE Easyworld.
I didn't get into Easyworld until after the fun had largely gone, which may be crucial here. His album is admittedly a little too much to take in one go, although calling one song Cheer Up (You Miserable Fuck) shows at least some sense of humour and it is lovely in places, especially the songs which sound like Bright Eyes.
